Reserve Pool Space

Service Description

Property owners reserving the pool and clubhouse facilities are solely responsible for the facilities during the event, must be the host of the event, and must be present during the entire event. Note, while you are able to reserve space (chairs and tables), all association members have access to the pool during your event as per our guidelines. A $60.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required to make a reservation. This will be refunded if the facility is cleaned prior to 9:00 A.M. the day following the party.
