Exhibit E ~ Leasing Guidelines

On July 25, 2024, Emerald Pointe Board of Directors and Covenants Committee formally announced restrictions concerning leasing and short term rentals per passing member vote.

Exhibit E ~ Leasing Guidelines was recorded in Oconee County, South Carolina on July 26, 2024.

Key Points of the Amendment

RENTAL PERIOD

Each lease/rental of a dwelling shall not be for a term less than 180 consecutive days.

LEASE INFORMATION FORM

Homeowner(s) are required to notify the current HOA Board the intent to lease/rent a property before commencing any leasing/rental agreements.

FINES & PENALTIES

The Board is authorized to levy reasonable fines and penalties for any violations, including interest, costs, and attorney's fees of any continuing lien.
