The originals of these documents are on file with the Oconee County, South Carolina, Register of Deeds. These documents were prepared for the use of residents and others and are good faith representations of the original documents. In the event of any difference between these documents and those on file with the Register of Deeds, the Register of Deeds copies shall prevail, and the Emerald Pointe Owners' Association and its officers and agents assume no responsibility for the discrepancy.
