Life on the Lake.
Welcome to Emerald Pointe!

Emerald Pointe is the place to call home. We are located right off Keowee School Road (route 188), on the shores of beautiful Lake Keowee in Seneca, South Carolina. This tree-lined, well-manicured lakefront community includes 39 lakefront homes and 35 interior homes with deeded boat slips. We are a quiet neighborhood but by no means, sleepy. Our thoughtful and friendly neighbors are active outdoors and social with a mix of families and retirees all of varied interests and expertise. The Community hosts several informal get-togethers throughout the year, as well as member organized events.  Enjoy the lake view and free Wi-Fi from the balcony of our small clubhouse, or take a dip in the pool below. Just 3 - 5 feet deep, it’s great for kids and adults.

Nestled in the golden corner of South Carolina, capture the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains from a variety of vantage points. Emerald Pointe is central to North Carolina and Georgia and to various hiking trails and waterfalls.
